Can someone tell me the procedure to make a withdrawal? I can tfind it anywhere on the site!! Usually that would mean trouble, but obviously not with this book! But it is a little strange that they dont talk about it anywhere

Good morning to all. All you have to do is either call into customer service or call directly into our payout dept. The payout dept. is very fast and accurate, they would be able to tell you what you've rolled over, if there are fees involved, etc. If you use NETeller the funds will be in your account by 5pm EST. If you use Western Union your control number will be available after 5pm EST. Payout dept. number is 800-246-9919.
